As one’s mind sinks deeper into the despair that is a 3-year university course, I strongly believe it is important to not neglect the body. In January of this year (2019), I decided to curb the lifestyle of occasional workouts once a week or so without discipline or commitment, and instead decided to go all in – training my body 3-5 times a week with or without a training partner, and a few months along that road, I’m still going, so something is definitely going right – this blog will detail the workout section of my day to day, and hopefully some likeminded students can take something away from my experiences with techniques, diets and benefits.

The main goal of this endeavour is to prove to myself and to others that if I persist in something for long enough then I’ll get something out of it, and learn a lot along the way; I am somebody that skipped P.E. classes a lot growing up, and have always had bad eating habits (too much or too little), so if I can achieve and most importantly, maintain a balance in my diet and my body, then who knows what else I’ll manage to do with myself!
